Portable Belt Meter Cradle
The Portable Belt Meter Cradle is designed for production line environments with a robust anodised aluminium frame and nylon feet angled at 60° for viewing measurements and operating the belt meter with ease.
The cradle is relatively lightweight (approx. 4 Kg with meter and battery) and has an ergonomically designed handle. The nylon feet contain magnets to give extra stability when placed on a metal surface.
The belt meter is easily seated into the cradle and provides excellent protection, the cradle can withstand drops and knocks associated with any engineering environment. The cradle is compatible with our standard belt meters; Type 3, Type 4, Type 5, and Type 7.
A quick-release rechargeable lithium ion battery powers the cradle enabling the belt meter to take continuous measurements for 50 hours on a single charge. A low battery indicator will alert the operator when there is less than 20% (approx. 8 hours) battery usage remaining. A simple on/off switch is included to conserve battery power when not in use.

The standard type 3 sensor head holder is designed to around an acoustic head for difficult to reach belt applications. Made from aluminium and with a non-slip grip the handle is ideal for production environments.
