TYPE 13 SR BELT METER
- 10Hz to 600Hz
The Type 13 SR (Super Rugged) Belt Meter is designed to withstand vibration, drops, spills, extreme temperatures, and rough handling. This belt meter is used in a wide variety of industries, including construction, defence, emergency services, government, healthcare, law enforcement, manufacturing, oil, gas, telecom, and utilities. If you are cold climate testing in the Arctic Circle or maintaining a battalion of armoured fighting vehicles like some of our customers, then the only meter to choose is the Type 13 SR.
The Type 13 SR has a frequency measurement range of 10Hz to 600Hz and uses an ruggedised optical sensor head.
This meter measures and displays readings from the belt under tension in Hertz (Hz) only.
Capable of operating between a temperature range of -40 to +80 degrees Centigrade and fully submersible down to a depth of 15 metres (50 feet), this meter will survive the most arduous of conditions. The housing is CNC machined from aluminium billet and features extensive neoprene rubber gaskets to ensure that the electronics package is completely sealed from the external environment.

The Type 14 Acoustic has a frequency measurement range of 30Hz to 600Hz. The acoustic sensor is particularly suitable for belts which vibrate poorly or where the amplitude of belt vibration is very small. This measurement range is suitable for most automotive applications.
This meter measures and displays readings from the belt under tension in Hertz (Hz) only. The acoustic sensor head is integrated in the meter. In addition, a range of interchangeable sensing heads with differing dimensions are available for difficult belt access.
